The Best Ginseng range is produced in the group's GMP-compliant biotechnology pharmaceutical facility in Malaysia, with extraction at its biotechnology plant in Fusong County, China.

Our products are supplied by Hong Kong Chinese-medicine trader Best Ginseng Trading Co. Ltd, which holds the relevant import and sales licences.

Under the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549) of the Laws of Hong Kong, a business wholesaling or retailing Chinese herbal medicines must be registered with, and hold the relevant licence from, the Chinese Medicine Council in order to operate lawfully. Best Ginseng Trading Co. Ltd is the licensed Hong Kong supplier for our products, responsible for the import, wholesale and sales-side compliance of the products; we're happy to help verify the relevant licence details if needed.

Batch Testing

Our products' supply chain keeps full production records and undergoes third-party lab testing — consistent with what we already state elsewhere on the site (for example, in "Our Story"). These records are kept by the manufacturer and supplier, not issued by us directly; where a product is a registered proprietary Chinese medicine, its registration number is listed on the relevant product page for customers to check.

Storage and Handling

Please store ginseng powders, capsules and tablets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once opened, reseal the packaging securely and finish the product within the period stated on the packaging to keep it in good condition. Improper storage may affect a product's condition, but does not change its nature.

Registration numbers

Where a product is a registered proprietary Chinese medicine, its Hong Kong registration number (HKC) is listed on that product's page; products without a registration number are generally sold as a food or topical product rather than as a proprietary Chinese medicine — see the individual product page for details.

What we do not claim

We do not hold our own manufacturing certifications — we are a retailer, and we say so. Certificates shown here belong to the manufacturer and to our Hong Kong supplier, and we will show you the documents if you ask.
