HOW WE STARTED

Our Story

Our story began with a frustration many Hong Kong families share: quality ginseng was either locked behind pharmacy counters at heavy mark-ups, tied into complicated membership schemes, or sold online with no clear provenance. We believed there should be a better way. The Best Ginseng group has focused on Changbai Mountain ginseng since 2004, running its own cultivation research base through to extraction and packaging; in Hong Kong, supply comes through licensed Chinese-medicine trader Best Ginseng Trading Co. Ltd. When we choose each product, we ask only one question: would we give this to our own family?

Our Commitment to Quality & Trust

In a market crowded with claims nobody can check, we prefer to say only what we can evidence. Our products are supplied by a licensed Hong Kong Chinese medicine trader who holds the import and sale licences; every product page states ingredients, dosage and cautions; and where a product is a registered proprietary Chinese medicine, its registration number appears on its page. We make no claims about treating illness, and we display no certification we cannot produce on request.
