Terms of Use

These terms apply when you buy from ginseng.hk. Please read the subscription section (5) carefully — it explains recurring billing and how to stop it.
1. Who we are
Logistiqs Ltd. ("we", "us"), trading as Ginseng HK 蔘源, operates the shop at ginseng.hk. Contact us atsupport@ginseng.hk .
Our products are supplied and dispatched by Best Ginseng Trading Co. Ltd , a Hong Kong Chinese medicine trader, who holds the licences under which these goods are imported and sold in Hong Kong.
2. Where we sell
We sellwithin Hong Kong only. We cannot accept orders for delivery outside Hong Kong.
You must be 18 or over.
3. Products, prices and availability
Prices are inHong Kong dollarsand include all applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
We describe our products as carefully and accurately as we can. They arefood and traditional tonic products, wenot medicines, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (particularly anticoagulants), or under a doctor's care, please speak to your doctor or a registered Chinese medicine practitioner before taking any ginseng product.
If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify your details, if a product is unavailable, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.
Payment is taken by Stripe . We never see or store your full card number.
5. Subscriptions — please read this section
5.1 What a subscription is
Some products can be bought on aSubscribe & Savebasis. At the time of writing this applies toBest Ginseng Premium Powder 150g.
When you subscribe:
- You pay adiscounted price on every delivery— currently 15% off.
- Your orderrepeats automatically every 30 daysuntil you stop it.
- Delivery remains free.
5.2 Recurring billing — your consent
By subscribing, you agree that we will charge your payment method automatically every 30 days, without asking you again each time,until you cancel.
You will see, before you confirm the subscription: the price of each delivery, how often you will be charged, and that it continues until cancelled. We send you aconfirmation of these terms by email when your subscription starts, and areminder before each renewal payment, which always includes a link to cancel.
5.3 Storing your card
To take those recurring payments, we need to store your payment method— securely, with Stripe. This is separate from your agreement to these Terms: you are specifically agreeing that your card may be kept on filefor the purpose of your subscription payments, and for no other purpose.
You can replace or remove your stored card at any time inMy Account → Payment methods. Removing it without replacing it will cause your next renewal to fail, and your subscription will then end (see 5.6).
5.4 Cancelling — anytime, no minimum
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time, fromMy Account → Subscriptions, in one click. No phone call, no email required, no reason needed.
When you cancel you choose:
- immediately— the subscription stops at once; or
- at the end of the current cycle— you receive the delivery you have already paid for, and it stops after that.
We do not charge a cancellation fee, and cancelling never affects deliveries you have already received and paid for.
5.5 Pausing
You can pause a subscription instead of cancelling — up to twice, for up to 90 dayseach time, from My Account. A paused subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause unless you cancel it first.
5.6 If a renewal payment fails — nothing is owed
If a renewal payment does not go through, we will retry it and let you know, over a short window of about eleven days.
If it still does not go through, your subscription simply ends.
You will not owe us anything. We do not treat an unpaid renewal as a debt. We will not pursue you for it, we will not pass it to a collection agency, and we will not charge you a fee. You are always free to subscribe again later.
5.7 Price changes
If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell youbeforeit takes effect and you may cancel before the change applies.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Hong Kong, free of charge, on every order.
Orders are dispatched by our supplier, normally within 1–2 business days, and we will send you tracking information once it is available. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by matters outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — we cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you gave us incorrectly.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: once sold, products are normally non-returnable and non-refundable; if an item arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, we will replace it or refund that item, with delivery costs on us.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ginseng.hk if you think someone else has used it.
9. Your personal data
We handle personal data in accordance with thePersonal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). OurPrivacy Policy.
Marketing: we only send marketing messages to people who have asked for them. If you opt in, you may opt out at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email support@ginseng.hk. We act on opt-outs the same day.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. If we make a significant change affecting an active subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of theHong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
