Ginseng powder, capsules, and tablets should be stored somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once opened, reseal the packaging properly and finish the product within the timeframe printed on the pack.

Ginsenosides are natural compounds that accumulate in the ginseng root gradually over its growing years, becoming more varied as the plant matures — one of the defining compounds that sets ginseng apart from other roots. The term comes up often in discussions about ginseng, but on its own it is simply a description of a compound category — not a claim about what any product does.

Use warm water, not boiling water. Water that's too hot works against the entire point of cold extraction — our ginseng powder is made with an extraction temperature controlled at around 28°C, and brewing it with very hot water undermines that process.
